Impreglon's corporate focus is on the development and application of "environmentally friendly" surface treatment solutions. In the normal course of our business, many of our customer's parts undergo a thorough cleaning and mechanical preparation process before coating. This same service can be offered to customers that need expensive fixtures, jigs and conveyance parts routinely cleaned.
Our Pyrolysis Cleaning Oven eliminates impurities in the surface of parts by applying direct heat at temperatures between 380° and 430° C. These impurities are decomposed to their organic and inorganic state and then conveyed to a thermal post-combustion system and treated in an environmentally responsible manner.
The final process step includes sandblasting to remove any remaining contaminants. We maintain a wide selection of blast media including aluminum oxide, garnet, glass beads, plastic beads and baking soda.
The results? Clean, consistent
surfaces that meet our customer's application requirements for promoting
mechanical adhesion or functional finishes.
